Growth in Practice

A growth system is six moves

More campaigns will not fix a tangled system. Growth in Practice is how the G-R-O-W-T-H framework shows up in real programs: gauge what is true, reframe the bet, orchestrate the handoffs, work a plan you can staff, tune from evidence, and harvest what already converts.

Gauge

Start with current reality. Which pipeline is real, where the cycle stalls, and which funnel leaks are costing meetings. A credible baseline comes before a new campaign.

Reframe

Name the opportunity you can actually win. One outcome, a buyer you can describe, and a clear reason to stop the work that does not serve it.

Orchestrate

Give every buyer signal an owner. Context has to travel with the handoff, or marketing, sales, and customer teams each run a different journey.

Work the plan

Fewer plays, fully staffed. Map skills, capacity, and ownership, then stop, simplify, automate, or reassign what the team cannot run.

Tune

Fix leaks before you add speed. Watch response time, routing, and which messages and channels actually move a deal. Report what a leader can act on.

Harvest

Keep what already converts. Repeat the play, keep the proof, and let the work compound instead of restarting the motion every quarter.
